Eunice Kwashie

Eunice is delighted to have joined Equality in Tourism as an Operations Volunteer. Her background in Cultural Heritage has shaped her interest in community voices and the importance of protecting the traditions and livelihoods that make places meaningful. Through her studies and previous heritage work, Eunice has developed a strong appreciation for the value of listening to communities and supporting them to lead conversations about their own heritage. She is particularly committed to empowering women as custodians of culture and recognising their vital role within tourism. Eunice looks forward to contributing to Equality in Tourism’s programmes and supporting the organisation’s commitment to positive, lasting change across the sector.
